DEPOSIT
I agree to pay the amount of £50 to IOM Microblading as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to ensure the security of my appointment for Microblading and/or other related brows services.

ARRIVAL
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

SICKNESS & COVID/19 POLICY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness. Or, flu like symptoms as defined by current government guidelines, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be at the discretion of management. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
Cancellation Information. Upon booking your first appointment, a £50 non- refundable deposit is charged to secure your
appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure. Your booking fee is non refundable, non transferable, and can only be applied to the scheduled service for the date and time secured. Please be sure about your appointment day and time before booking. If you need to
reschedule, you may do so with Cancellation fee within 48 hours of your appointment. A new booking fee will be charged for the new appointment date. If you are unable to make your appointment, you MUST give a 48 hour notice to avoid a Cancellation Fee.  under 48 hours a fee of, £25 is charged.  Under 24 hours the full cancellation fee of £50 is applied. This pays for the time that was set aside for you and your appointment, and a new Booking Fee must be paid to reschedule. All lost booking fees and cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of owner on a case by case basis. I fully understand the Booking Fee and Cancellation Fee Policy, and hereby forfeit my Booking Fee to secure my appointment spot. I will also give 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule my appointment.

OTHER ARTISTS’ WORK
If you currently have microblading work which was done by another artist, there may be the possibility that your expected service outcome may differ. We will advise you on this prior to beginning your service. Our priority is your natural skin health and skin/eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another artist, then you agree that your current brows may need to be removed/adjusted/corrected. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

We tend not to do Microblading Touch up of other artist’s works.

REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist time, skill, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

I agree to pay the remaining balance of the procedure cost on the day of procedure. Note: All card transactions on the day of procedure may incur a payment processing fee.

I agree that in some instances a second top up may be required with some skin types. This will incur a cost of £50.
